Dan Patterson, Founder and Chairman
Dan Patterson has started, acquired, built, and sold many companies during his career, investing in both LBO and growth equity transactions. Highlights of his investments include the creation of a fasting weight loss program, which achieved ranking on Inc. Magazine's list of fastest growing companies in 1988, and the acquisition, growth and subsequent sale of Texas Home Healthcare, at the time the largest home healthcare provider in the Southwest. He founded Transition Capital in 1993 and has been active in 25+ transactions since the firm's inception. Dan is also the Chairman of Patterson Thoma Investments www.pattersonthomafamilyoffice.com, a fund which invests in distressed debt, real estate, venture capital and also makes charitable gifts through the Patterson Thoma Foundation. Mr. Patterson earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from Kenyon College and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School. Mr. Patterson serves on the Board of Directors for many TCP portfolio and unaffiliated independent companies including GFRC Cladding Systems, Coordinated Home Health, Santé Rehabilitation, SearchDex, McKinney Fund, Mohr Partners, Texas Trees Foundation, and the National Arbor Day Foundation. |

| Rick Baldwin, Managing Director
Rick Baldwin has founded, managed and raised capital for several venture capital or private equity financed start ups over the past ten years. In early 2001, Mr. Baldwin recapitalized and became CFO and VP of Operations of SuccessFactors, Inc., a San Mateo, CA web-based talent and performance management software company which subsequently completed its IPO with a market capitalization over $500 million. In 2005, Mr. Baldwin turned his attention to investing in LBOs with Transition Capital Partners, concentrating on investments in the healthcare, technology and logistics spaces. Mr. Baldwin began his career with Ernst and Young as a CPA and spent five years with Dallas Semiconductor in several lead finance positions. Mr. Baldwin has a Finance and Accounting degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his graduate degree from Stanford Business School. He serves on the Board of Directors for Eagle Healthcare and Coordinated Home Health and is an Advisor to the technology-driven Tritus Insurance Group. |

| Kevyn DeMartino, Managing Director
Kevyn DeMartino has acquired and managed companies throughout his career, with specific focus on entities experiencing both rapid growth and troubled operations. Prior to joining Mr. Baldwin and Mr. Patterson at Transition Capital, Mr. DeMartino was a principal at Triumph Holdings, LLC, a CIBC-funded private equity firm with focus on media and consumer services. While in business school from 1993 to 1995, Mr. DeMartino served as a consultant and executive program producer to QVC, ESPN, and NBC. DeMartino holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas and an MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He sits on the Boards of Coordinated Home Heath, Santé Pediatrics, StoneGate Private Duty, MachSpeed Technologies, Alta HomeCare and SuccessEd Software. |

Forrest "Jake" Williams, Director
Jake Williams joined TCP in 2007 as a Director, with responsibility for sourcing, financing and post-management of transactions. Mr. Williams began his career at the investment banking division of Dillon, Read & Co., where he initially focused on mergers, acquisitions & private placements, and later joined the U.S. Equities Institutional Sales desk. Prior to joining TCP, Mr. Williams served as the Chief Financial Officer of Eagle Healthcare LLC, a portfolio company of Patterson Thoma. In addition, Mr. Williams was one of the founding members of Mobilocity, LLC, a wireless supply chain solutions provider in the telecommunications sector. Prior to Mobilocity, Mr. Williams was a Director of Strategic Accounts at Centego, a Dallas based marketing services company operating loyalty programs for grocery store partners, and a portfolio company of Patterson Thoma. Mr. Williams holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia, attending the school on a track & field scholarship. Mr. Williams serves on the Board of Directors for SuccessEd and GBS Enterprises. |

Keith Driscoll, Associate
Keith Driscoll is an Associate at TCP with responsibilities that include transaction due diligence, financial modeling, market research and various operational efforts for portfolio companies. Prior to joining TCP, Driscoll was Vice President of Operations for Corporate Sports Marketing Group Inc. and a Portfolio Manager with Salomon Smith Barney. Driscoll holds a B.A. in Economics from Davidson College in North Carolina. |

Paul Thompson, Transaction Partner
Paul M. Thompson has 15 years of operational experience in the retail, manufacturing, and marketing industries. Currently he is a private investor and partner in several international marketing joint ventures. He also serves as acting CEO and Board Member of Baskins Ltd., a fifteen store chain of western oriented department stores located throughout East Texas and Chairman of Furniture Factory Warehouse, a chain of ten furniture stores in South and West Texas. He has an undergraduate degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. |

| Jason Faucett, Associate
Jason Faucett is an Associate at TCP with responsibilities
including coordination of new deal flow, investor
relations, raising private investment capital,
and transaction due diligence. Prior to joining
TCP, Faucett was a Senior Partner at Lucas Group,
a national recruiting firm with over 400 associates.
Prior to his tenure with Lucas Group, Faucett was
a Key Account Manager at Centego Marketing, a Dallas
based marketing services company operating loyalty
programs for grocery store partners, and a portfolio
company of Patterson Thoma. Faucett holds a
B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University. |

| John Kaserman, Junior Associate
John Kaserman joined TCP in the Fall of 2011 to assist in deal flow efforts, transaction due diligence, market research, and general operations. Prior to TCP, Kaserman spent 5 years at Vision Research Capital, a Dallas based hedge fund. While at Vision Kaserman served as Director of Marketing, and previously Institutional Sales. In these roles, Kaserman consulted more than 25 hedge fund clients with combined assets of approximately $8.5 billion. Kaserman graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Finance. He is currently a level III candidate in the CFA program. |
