As part of our ongoing investment activities, Transition Capital Partners looks for Executive Capital Partners who are both experienced operators and investors, with a track record of building wealth and operating successful companies.  These Executive Capital Partners are individuals who are looking for opportunities to invest along side TCP in future high growth acquisitions and become involved with acquired entities.  Specifically, TCP looks for partners in three categories:

• Chief Executive
• Active Board Member
• Passive Board Member

How do TCP Executive Capital Partners Participate?

TCP’s Executive Capital Partners are involved with TCP in a transaction from the very beginning of our interest in a deal.  You would lend your experience, relationships and expertise to every step of the transaction process, including, for example, due diligence, management presentations, and communications with the sellers and lenders.  TCP Executive Capital Partner’s high level of participation in the transaction process allows both TCP and the Partner to decide the optimal role for the Partner in the acquired entity.

Why do our Executive Capital Partners choose TCP?

• Access to Deal Flow - Through our network of over 8,000 brokers, TCP generates a large amount of deal flow, and our Partners will have access to all of them.  This deal flow would be very difficult for a private investor/operator to replicate.
• The Ability to Choose Your Deal - By giving our Partners access to a large number of deals, it allows you to pick deals that match your interest and experience. This creates the best dynamic for executing successful deals and generating high returns on your and our collective capital.
• Access to Capital – Partners have the ability to invest capital alongside TCP, which allows you to leverage your capital into larger deals.

How are TCP Executive Capital Partners Rewarded?

As a TCP Executive Capital Partner, you become a partner with TCP in every respect. You are required to make a capital investment, the size of which will be determined by the dynamics of the deal and your investment appetite.  In turn, you share the rewards of the transaction, including fees and promote as well as cash and/or equity compensation for the direct time and energy you invest. This compensation may consist of one, or a combination of the following:

• Return on Capital Invested
• Promoted Interest
• Board Fees
• Deal Fees
• Salary
• Stock Options
